We hope you and your family are having a nice summer and that you are looking forward to your child starting with us. We have lots of new and exciting activities planned for all our Little Learners!
School opens on Monday 3rd September. Please introduce your child to their new teachers, give a big hug (to the child, not the teacher!!), and off you go! It is usually easier for the child to settle if the parent leaves promptly. We know this sounds cruel but honestly it works! We will have lots of extra help in the class for the first few days and promise to contact you immediately if your child is distressed.
Useful things to note:
- Write your child’s name on all their belongings, e.g. lunch box, coat.
- We would prefer if toys were left at home
- We are a nut free school as we have children with severe allergies. Please note nuts are often hidden in chocolate spread, yogurts etc
- Lunch should include a small sandwich, fruit and a drink

Remember, we are always here if you have any concerns/queries or if you simply would like to have a chat about your child’s progress. We will be hosting a meet and greet coffee morning for parents once the children are settled.
