Due to expansion Little Learners Montessori School wishes to recruit an Early Years Educator for our preschool service with the option of working in our afterschool service.
Main Responsibilities:
•Planning and implementing lesson plans
•To implement the principles of Aistear and Síolta
•Conduct child observations
•Person Specification:
•A Level 7/8 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Teaching
•At least 2 years experience of working in the early childhood sector
•An interest in Arts and Crafts and imaginative play
•A knowledge and understanding of early childhood care and education
•An excellent knowledge and understanding of Aistear and Síolta
•Have excellent communication skills
Desirable:
•The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Character:
•Self Starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
•Each candidate shall be of good character
